"Everybody must believe in something, I believe I'll go canoeing."

Join us, the fifth grade students of Southwood Elementary, on our river adventure.  Next September we will study watersheds and their environmental problems, then launch our teacher, Mr. Beamer, in a canoe from our school in Wabash, Indiana.  We hope he will float all the way down the Wabash River, the Ohio River, and the mighty Mississippi, to Memphis. We will be discovering how healthy  and happy our rivers and watershed are.
