I am a teacher because I want to be a positive influence on kids.  I want to be one adult my students can feel safe to share their story.  I want to build strong relationships with students who will eventually leave the halls of SHS and they know that I cared for their success & empathized their struggles.  And along the way, I teach students through Biology, a content that that I have a passion for.
